RETURNS

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.siparoofing.com

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s).

ONLINE ORDERS

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To make a return, email us at info@cjigroupltd.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in store/in person can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) if you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please feel free to contact us or your original form of payment company (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
